What it is about

CRM & CMS development

Many smaller companies use a CRM designed for a different industry. Fields get repurposed, half the process lives in spreadsheets on the side, and eventually nobody keeps the data up to date. A custom CRM starts with the data model: which customers, properties, contracts and cases do you really have, and how do they connect?

Content works the same way. A headless CMS separates editing from output, so the same content can appear on your website, client portal and apps. We build editing interfaces your team can use without weeks of training, and client portals where your customers look up their own data and submit requests.

We build from scratch or on open systems that you can keep running without us later. AI features such as summaries or routing of incoming requests go in where they actually save your team time.

What we build

The building blocks

A data model based on your processes

We start with how you work, not with a template. The result is a data model that represents your customers, assets and cases the way your team talks about them. Required fields and responsibilities match daily practice.

Headless CMS and editing interface

Content is maintained once and published to website, portal or app. Editors only see the fields they need. Approval and preview are built in.

Client portal

Your clients view contracts, documents or the status of a request themselves and upload files directly. That takes pressure off phone and inbox. Roles and permissions control who sees what.

Migration from spreadsheets and legacy tools

We move your existing data from spreadsheets, Access databases or your current system. Duplicates and gaps are cleaned up before the move, not after. A trial run shows whether everything lands correctly.

Integrations and AI features

The CRM exchanges data with accounting, inventory, email or your website. If you want, it summarises long histories and routes incoming requests to the right team. The decision stays with your staff.

Approach

From the first conversation to operations

  1. 01

Free first conversation as part of the AI opportunity review

We work out whether a custom system makes sense or an off-the-shelf product will do. You get an honest assessment and one page with the next steps.

  2. 02

    Data model and clickable prototype

Together with your team we define the data model and prototype the key screens. That way you can check early whether the software fits your daily work.

  3. 03

Delivery at a fixed price per package

Development, migration and integrations are split into packages with fixed prices and acceptance criteria under a fixed-scope contract. You know the cost of each package up front.

  4. 04

    Operation and further development

We run the system, test that backups actually restore and keep developing it with your team. Code, database and documentation belong to you.

FAQ

Questions about CRM & CMS development

How much does a custom CRM cost?

It depends on the scope: number of entities and workflows, integrations, migration and portal features. After the free first conversation and a concept you receive a fixed price per package. Quoting a flat figure without knowing your processes would not be serious.

Is a custom CRM worth it for a small business?

Yes, if standard software only fits your processes with lots of workarounds and your team ends up running a parallel spreadsheet. If a standard CRM fits well, it is usually the cheaper choice, and we will say so.

Can you migrate our data from spreadsheets or our old system?

Yes. We analyse the existing data, clean up duplicates and missing values and move it into the new data model. Before the switch there is a trial run so you can check the result.

What is a headless CMS and when do I need one?

A headless CMS stores content separately from how it is displayed. The same text and images can then appear on your website, client portal and app. It pays off when you reuse content in several places or want your website to be technically independent of the editing system.

Who owns the source code?

You do. Code, database, infrastructure and documentation are transferred to you. You can develop the system further yourself or with another provider later on.

Can the CRM include AI features?

Yes, for example summaries of long customer histories, routing of incoming requests or draft replies. We add them where they measurably save time, hosted in the EU or on your own infrastructure.
