What it is about

White-label & SaaS

It often starts with an internal tool that works well. Then clients or partners ask whether they can use it. Turning that into a product takes more than extra user accounts: separate data per client, custom branding, roles, licences and billing that matches the pricing model.

We design platforms as multi-tenant from the first version. Retrofitting it later costs far more than getting the architecture right at the start. Each tenant gets its own data, its own look and its own permissions, while you maintain a single codebase.

Technology is only half the job. We work through the contribution margin per client with you, so before the first contract is signed you know when the platform pays for itself and which features belong in which tier.

What we build

The building blocks

Multi-tenant architecture

Data, configuration and users are cleanly separated per tenant. One client never sees another client’s data. You set up new tenants in minutes, not in a project.

Branding per tenant

Logo, colours, domain, email sender and copy can be set per tenant. Your clients can in turn offer the platform under their own brand. The codebase stays the same.

Roles and permissions

A permission model across several levels: you as operator, the tenant as administrator, their staff and, where relevant, their end customers. Each level only sees what it is allowed to.

Licensing and billing logic

Tiers, seat counts, feature flags and usage-based billing live in the system. Billing data can go to your accounting or a payment provider. Changing the pricing model does not require a rebuild.

Contribution margin per client

We track the hosting, model usage and support costs each tenant causes. That gives you the contribution margin per client. You can see which clients are profitable and where the pricing needs adjusting.

Approach

From the first conversation to operations

  1. 01

Free first conversation as part of the AI opportunity review

We look at whether your tool has what it takes to become a product and who would buy it. You get one page with our assessment and the open questions.

  2. 02

    Product and licensing concept

We split features into tiers, sketch the tenant model and calculate the contribution margin per client. You end up with a concept you can make a decision on.

  3. 03

Delivery at a fixed price per package

Platform core, branding, permissions and billing are delivered in packages with fixed prices and acceptance criteria under a fixed-scope contract.

  4. 04

    Operation and further development

We run and monitor the platform and develop it further along your roadmap. Code, infrastructure and documentation belong to you.

FAQ

Questions about White-label & SaaS

What is a white-label platform?

Software you offer to clients under your own brand. Technically it is a platform that gives every client its own look, data and permissions, while the code is the same for all of them.

What does multi-tenant mean?

Several clients, the tenants, use the same software, but their data is strictly separated. That keeps operating costs down because you only maintain one installation. The separation has to be part of the architecture from the start; adding it later is expensive.

How much does it cost to have a SaaS platform built?

It depends on the feature set, the number of roles and the billing logic. After the product and licensing concept you receive a fixed price per package. You can start with a lean core and extend it later.

Can we turn an internal tool into a product?

Often, yes. We check which parts can be reused and what is missing to sell it, typically tenant separation, branding, permissions and billing. Sometimes rebuilding the core is cheaper than reworking it, and the analysis will show that.

Who owns the platform?

You do. Source code, infrastructure and documentation are transferred to you. You license the platform to your clients, not us.

How is licence billing handled?

Tiers, seat counts and feature access are managed in the system. Billing can be handed to a payment provider or your accounting. We design the pricing model so you can change it without a rebuild.
