Use case and target metric
We agree which process is being improved and how success is measured, for example handling time or error rate. Without a measurable target, development does not start.
We build AI solutions that plug into the systems you already run and deliver measurable results. One team from the first question to day-to-day operation.

Most AI projects in mid-sized companies do not fail because of the model. They fail because of vague goals, scattered data, or the connection to ERP, CRM, and line-of-business software. So we start by asking which process is worth improving, and only then talk about technology.
For each use case we make a sober choice of model: an API model under zero data retention, an open-source model on your own or EU infrastructure, or a dedicated model of your own. The yardstick is an evaluation set built from your real cases, not an impression from a demo.
What you get is working software, not a report. Delivery runs at a fixed price per package under a works contract with acceptance criteria. Code, configuration, and documentation belong to you.

We look at what data exists, where it lives, and how good it is. The result is cleaned, versioned datasets for development and evaluation, with personal identifiers masked.
API model, open-source model, or a model of your own: we compare the options on your cases for quality, cost per transaction, and data protection. The decision is documented and traceable.
The AI component connects to your existing software through interfaces, with roles, permissions, and audit logs. Where outputs have consequences, a person approves them first.
After go-live we track quality, latency, and cost. When models or data change, we re-run the evaluation before anything reaches production.
A 45-minute conversation with no obligation. Afterwards you know which two or three starting points are viable and which are not.
We build a prototype on real, masked data and measure it against the agreed target. You decide on the basis of results, not expectations.
Each package comes with a statement of work, fixed price, timeline, and acceptance criteria. It is a works contract, so the effort risk sits with us.
We run and maintain the solution, or hand it over to your team with full documentation. Both options are planned in from the start.

From a project
The client wanted an internal tool to run their ERP instances. What emerged was a white-label platform with a licence model, including an AI agent with zero-data-retention architecture.
It depends on scope: the number of systems involved, the state of your data, and your requirements for data protection and operations. After the free opportunity review, and a prototype where useful, you receive a fixed price per package. We do not sell open-ended day rates.
A prototype with evaluation is usually a matter of weeks rather than months. Integration time depends mainly on the interfaces of your existing systems. The timeline is in the proposal before you commit.
Usually not. An existing model with good prompting, access to your data, and structured outputs is often enough. A dedicated or fine-tuned model pays off when data protection, cost per transaction, or a very specific task calls for it. We test that on your cases.
Many applications work with documents and records you already have. What matters is a set of real examples with a known correct outcome, so quality can be measured. If that does not exist yet, building it is the first step.
You do. Code, configuration, prompts, evaluation data, and documentation all become your property. You can continue development yourself or bring in another provider.
Yes, if it is built that way: zero data retention for API models, masking of personal data, processing in the EU, and a complete chain of data processing agreements. The formal assessment is made with your data protection officer; we provide the technical documentation for it.
