Replacing spreadsheets, Access and paper
We move the logic from your sheets, macros and forms into an application with a proper database. Your existing data is migrated and cleaned up. Nobody has to ask which file is the current one anymore.
Some processes do not fit any off-the-shelf product. We build them as a web application your team actually likes using and that you can still maintain in five years.

In many companies an important process depends on one spreadsheet, an old Access database or paper forms. That works as long as the one person who knows how it works is around. Once several people work on it at the same time, data gets entered twice or someone goes on holiday, it gets expensive.
We turn processes like these into web applications: clear input screens, roles and permissions, a change history and interfaces to your ERP, inventory system or the DATEV export your accountants need. The software runs in the browser, with nothing to install on each workstation.
Before we build anything, we check whether a standard product already does the job. If it does, we recommend it. If not, you get software at a fixed price per package under a fixed-scope contract, and the code belongs to you.

The application exchanges data with your existing systems instead of becoming another island. Typical examples are master data from the ERP, stock levels from inventory and a DATEV export for accounting.
Each person only sees and edits what belongs to their job. Changes are traceable with time and author. Approvals and a four-eyes principle can be added wherever you need them.
We use widespread, open technologies, write automated tests and document the application. That way another team can take it over later. The software should not depend on one person, and that includes us.
The project is split into packages with fixed prices, timelines and acceptance criteria. Contractually it is a Werkvertrag under § 631 BGB, so the delivery risk sits with us. Code, infrastructure and documentation belong to you.
You show us the process and the files you work with today. We tell you whether a standard product will do or whether building your own is worth it.
We describe the data model, roles and interfaces and build a prototype of the key screens. Your team tests it before the first package is commissioned.
The application is built package by package, each with a fixed price and acceptance criteria. After every package you decide whether and how to continue.
We run the application with monitoring and tested backups and adapt it when your processes change. If you prefer, we hand it over to your own IT.

It depends on the size of the process, the number of interfaces and the data migration. After the free first conversation and a concept you receive a fixed price per package. You can start small and extend later.
When your process only works in standard software with lots of workarounds, when it is what sets your company apart, or when you currently maintain several tools and spreadsheets side by side. If a standard product fits, it is usually cheaper, and we will say so.
Yes, that is one of the most common reasons clients come to us. We take over the logic from sheets, formulas and macros, migrate the data and turn it into a web application several people can use at the same time.
You do. Source code, infrastructure and documentation are transferred to you. You are not tied to us and can have your own IT or another provider continue development.
Yes, as long as each package is scoped properly. That is why every package starts with a concept and acceptance criteria. Contractually it is a Werkvertrag under § 631 BGB: we owe the agreed result, not a number of hours.
No. We are based in Munich and work with companies across the German-speaking region. On-site workshops are possible; most of the collaboration happens remotely.
